I have noticed that several recent Uplyme Debate topics are being read by relatively large numbers of people, but only a few visitors are choosing to join in and leave a comment of course, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this - the more the merrier. However, I did just wonder if there may be some visitors who would like to write a reply, but are perhaps put off by thinking it is too difficult.

This message explains the very simple 5-step process of becoming a member of the Uplyme Debate and how to send a reply to a topic of interest. Once you have joined you only need your username and password to comment on any message in the debates. This is completely free of charge and your details are never passed to any 3rd party.

It is a simple 5 step process...

1. When you find a message that you would like to reply to, click the 'postreply' button on the screen at the bottom of the message.

2. You will be asked for your name and password - if you do not yet have one just click 'Register' at the top of the screen. This takes you to the registration screen.

3. At this screen, you only need to enter 3 details:
Choose a username and a password,
    Enter your email address,
Enter your approximate location (ie. Lyme Rd, Uplyme etc.)
(If you wish, you may also give your profession in the box provided)

4. Click the 'submit' button at the bottom of the screen (you may need to scroll down to find this)

5. You are now logged in so you can return to the message you were interested in, click postreply again and away you go. Just click 'submit' to add your comment to the discussion.

It really is as simple as that Wink Why not join in the discussion of a topic that interests you and have your say? Free speech for all!! See you soon in the Uplyme Debate !
