Yep, I was one of the 'good buddies' too - in the good old days of AM on 27Mhz. Still got two walkie-talkies somewhere.
So, Driver and Rev, what were your 'handles' ?

I started off as 'Boomerang' but people kept saying, 'Come back' (CB joke).

Well mine was "Waverider" I was in those day skippering a class 2 RORC yacht around the Solent and Channel so it sort of fitted. |
