To accept apologies for absence. The meeting will then be adjourned for the Open Forum.
Resolution under the provisions of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 "that the public be excluded from the meeting for item no. 15 on the agenda because publicity would be prejudicial to the public interest by reason of the confidential nature of the business".
To adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.
Matters arising from the minutes not covered by other agenda items.
To make declarations of pecuniary or other interests on agenda items.
Standing orders: to formally ratify the changes made in July.
To review and update the Action Log.
Planning: to make responses to current applications and to ratify delegated decisions
Land North West Of Yawl Hill Lane, Retention of access track for agricultural purposes

Land Adjacent Lydwell House Lyme Road, Renewal of extant planning permission 09/0885/FUL for the construction of 2no. detached dwellings and associated garaging
Uplyme Cricket Club King George's Playing Field Lyme Road, T1 & T2 Sugar Maple: Lift crown to give 3m clearance making pruning cuts of 3cm diameter maximum. Reduce end weight on overextended branches.
T7 & T10: Reduce extended branches throughout canopy by 5-6m, target pruning cuts max 15cm diameter.
East Marches Launchycroft, Variation of condition of planning permission 01/P0797 to allow use as ancillary accommodation or holiday let
any other planning matters.
Finance: to approve the schedule of cheques for this month; any other finance issues.
Parish council land. To hear a report on the maintenance contractor's performance and to agree payment. Resolution: "to pay the Contractor's August cheque for £500".
To consider the appropriateness of the monthly resolution for payment to contractor.
To make arrangements for maintenance contract review following Council walk-round.
To set revised fees for the cemetery and consider the length of grants of exclusive rights of burial.
Any other issues relating to PC land.
Flooding WP: progress report and recent meetings.
