Captain Reports and review of season. General view that members had enjoyed the season. Introduction of an overseas player was a success. Alex has enjoyed his season and may return next year. It was felt that he contributed to a positive feeling within the club. There was more opportunity for players to play first team cricket as batsmen or bowlers and not just to make up the numbers. This contributed to club spirit and needs to continue next year. Communication was a little lacking at times and this led to non-selection of players who were available. This is always an area for attention.
