Has anyone seen this ?

It's a precis of the Devon Road Safety Strategy 2001-2006. Quite interesting.

Apparently, the priorities for Devon will be to :

Reduce driver speeds around schools and residential areas.
Improving driver awareness of children [THINK].
    Improving highway safety infrastructure.
Increase awareness and involvement of parents in road safety for their children.
Make available practical training for children.
Improve child road safety education in schools, especially at ages 10/11 years and 15/16 years.

But when is something going to happen ?

Geoff.
