|The next meeting of the Uplyme Parish Council will be held on Wednesday 14th November at 7.15pm in the Village Hall, with an Open Forum where members of the public can ask questions or make observations near the beginning.
Agenda of Council Meeting
To elect a Chairman. The meeting will then be adjourned for the Open Forum.
To appoint representatives and committee members following resignation of Cllr. To consider the appointment and terms of reference of a Personnel and Estate Committee.
To accept apologies for absence.
To adopt the Minutes of the previous meeting.
Matters arising from the minutes not covered by other agenda items.
To make and receive declarations of pecuniary or other interests on agenda items.
Resolution: "to grant all Councillors serving on Uplyme Parish Council an indefinite dispensation to both speak and vote on the budget and setting of the precept".
To review and update the Action Log.
Planning: to make responses to current applications and to ratify responses already made under Standing Orders;
11 Glebelands Uplyme, T1 - Cherry - fell, retaining stump and young growth.
The Garden House Mill Lane, Construction of rear extension.
Coachmans Cottage Woodhouse Fields, Amendments to application 10/1940/FUL for construction of front extension with dormers and alterations
Hideaway Spring Head Road, Replacement two storey and single storey extension
Coachmans Cottage Woodhouse Fields, Amendments to application 10/1940/FUL for construction of front extension with dormers and alterations (revised plans)
Glen Lyon Crogg Lane, Alterations and extension to bungalow to form two storey dwelling and replacement garage with studio.
(adjoining Uplyme Village Hall) Land Adjacent To Lyme Road Uplyme, Two storey school building, improvements to existing access off Lyme Road, car parking, all weather play and sports area, grassed playing field and associated infrastructure.
to make practical arrangements for built-up area boundary review public meeting;
any other planning matters.
Finance: to approve the schedule of cheques for this month;
Cllrs to propose any extra items of expenditure to be included in the budget for next year;
any other finance issues.
Parish council land. To hear a report on the maintenance contractor's performance.
to consider a grant to Barnes Meadow Management for War Memorial grass cutting;
to review and agree the revised tender specification for grounds maintenance;
Any other issues relating to PC land.
Flooding WP: progress report and recent meetings.
