Over a year ago a meter was set up in Yawl by the council to measure the speed of traffic. Does anyone know what the result was or how to find out Question

That's another for the parish council. But I do notice that none of them have registered here yet Sad
Have we still got to restrict our questions to 15 minutes once a month after the official parish council meetings Question

Thatís right and it is called the Open Forum. Usually, considering that there may only be 10 members of the public in the audience, itís an adequate amount of time. But I do remember once when the public were quite heated and if the chairmen had stopped the forum after 15 minutes there would have been riot in the hall. The chairman judged the situation well and let the forum run on.

This online forum should augment the open forum nicely for hopefully, but perhaps it is early days yet, the parish council will designate an officer to peruse the postings and report back to the council any significant ones.
